LIBRARY OF INFINITE POSSIBILITIES

COMING SOON:

CLASSES IN THE WORKS

I am busy developing new classes to spark your imagination and hone your skills.

If you see something you like in this section, be sure to let me know so I will know to schedule it soon.

Star Book Ornament

Make a book to hold a dozen of your favorite Zentangle tiles or photos of family and friends. When the book is open, it is shaped like a star. Hang it as an ornament or keep it on the coffee table.

Pocket folder journal

Make a folded booklet to hold up to a dozen or so Zentangle tiles. Tiles can easily be removed to change up your display, or they can stay put for safe keeping. Easy, lightweight, safe way to carry some of your artwork with you to share with family and friends when you're on the go.

Tessellated Birds in Flight

Easily create an Escher-inspired artwork based on the principles of tessellation. Template provided. Inspired by Lynn Mead, CZT.

Stained Glass Bouquet

Create a lovely spring bouquet using the simplest of Zentangle® patterns: fragments and reticulae. Add some color and sparkle for sensational results!

You're a Star Greeting Card

Wow that special someone with your own unique greeting card using a hidden word template (provided) and easy-to-learn artistic techniques you will enjoy again and again.

Pop-up Moonlight Garden

Easily create your own pop-up moonlight  garden using paper and scissors, glue and paint. Prefer a morning star garden or a sunset garden? Love snails and ladybugs, dragonflies and butterflies? This class accommodates every garden!

Box Fold Book

Two-part class. In the first part, watch a video to guide you as you create unique hand-decorated papers. The second part of the class is in person (on Zoom) where I will lead you to create a Box Fold Book using the papers you've prepared.

Zentangle & Trencadís: Casa Batlló

Third in a series of stand-alone classes based on the works of Catalan Architect Antoni Gaudí. In this class, we will explore the trencadís façade of the unique Dragon House on the famous Block of Discord in Barcelona. We will then create our own interpretation using watercolors and Zentangle techniques.

Zentangled Soothing Stone

Soothing stones or worry stones have been used for centuries to help alleviate worry and anxiety-driven behaviors such as nail- or lip-biting or scratching. Rubbing a soft stone can create a sense of relaxation, which helps relax the mind and generates a sense of calmness. In this class, you will draw Zentangle patterns on a soft, flat stone that I will send you (or on one that is special to you). As you draw, you will deepen your Zentangle practice, calling on both the calming and strengthening effects of your practice and the natural materials you are using, i.e., the stone, the pigments in the ink, and the graphite.
