About the Event
Around A.D. 1000-1130, the Southwest USA was populated by the indigenous Anasazi peoples. In the Mimbres and Rio Grande Valleys of southwestern New Mexico, the localized Mogollon were artistically rich, and they developed a distinctively decorated pottery now known as Mimbres. There are numerous similarities and differences between the geometric Mimbres patterns and Zentangle patterns and fragments. In this series of prerecorded workshops, you will explore some of these elements and create your own Zendalas inspired by them. Access to all of the downloadable print materials and the online-only recordings is for one year from purchase.
